About

gptme is a personal AI agent that runs in a terminal and can execute shell and Python commands, edit files, browse the web and work with images. It works with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, OpenRouter and Ollama, and with other OpenAI-compatible servers, including fully local models. It also offers a server with a web UI, a desktop app for Linux, macOS and Windows, MCP and ACP integration, and persistent autonomous agents. The project's website lists it as open source under the MIT license.

Use cases: coding, personal-assistant, code-generation, web-search, workflow-automation
