About

Klaat Code is an open-source terminal coding agent, installed from npm and licensed under Apache 2.0. Each message is sent to the hosted Klaatu router, which picks one of six cost tiers per request, and tool calls inside one request do not count against quota. It indexes the project into a call graph for symbol and blast-radius queries, tracks session spend with a --max-cost option for CI, and snapshots the task before context compaction. The README describes routing and the code-graph index as server-side services.
