About

LobsterAI is an open-source desktop app from NetEase Youdao that runs an AI agent on the user's own computer. Given a plain-language task, it reads files, edits Office documents, drives a built-in browser and returns finished work, and it can be messaged from chat apps such as WeChat, Feishu, DingTalk and Telegram. It runs scheduled tasks, asks for approval before file, shell or network actions, and keeps sessions stored locally. It is MIT-licensed and uses built-in models after sign-in or bring-your-own API keys.
