About

Performs a deep, file-by-file review of one or more external repos already cloned into sandbox/<repo-name>/, checking each against this repo's Promotion-Criteria and write-contract to decide whether it should be used as-is, adapted, replaced with something better, or set aside for now. Produces real evidence — a test log and a dated verdict — instead of a README summary. Also runs head-to-head comparisons when two or more repos solve the same problem. Use this whenever asked to review, evaluate, vet, triage, deep-dive, or decide on a sandbox repo or external tool, whenever comparing two candidate tools, or whenever deciding if something should be promoted, adopted, or added globally or to a specific project — even if the user just names a repo and a use case without using the word "review".
