# Automated Workflows & Rate Limiting

## Description
Generates automated workflows with intelligent rate limiting for API access. Maximizes output while minimizing bottlenecks under traffic constraints.

## When to Use
- Automating repetitive task sequences
- Managing API rate limits across providers
- Generating GitHub Actions workflows
- Load balancing across multiple endpoints

## Implementation Method
- Python3 scripts to generate .yml workflow files
- Environment variables for configuration
- PostgreSQL database for storing rate limits
- Dynamic rate adjustment based on response headers

## Usage
```bash
# Generate workflow
POST /api/workflows/generate
{
  "name": "daily_scan",
  "schedule": "0 2 * * *",
  "tasks": ["scan", "analyze", "report"]
}
# Set rate limits
POST /api/rate-limits
{
  "provider": "openai",
  "rpm": 60,
  "tpm": 100000
}
# Check workflow status
GET /api/workflows/{workflow_id}/status
```

## Benefits
- Maximizes throughput within constraints
- Prevents API quota exhaustion
- Automates complex multi-step processes
- Provides intelligent backoff and retry logic
