# Fee Dispute Use this skill to prepare a concise dispute that a support agent can act on. ## Workflow 1. Extract the charge: merchant, date, amount, reason code, account, and context. 2. Identify the strongest basis: billing error, first-time courtesy, service outage, unclear disclosure, duplicate charge, documented cancellation, or hardship. 3. Assemble evidence: screenshots, policy text, chat logs, statement lines, confirmation emails, timestamps. 4. Draft a message with ask, evidence, requested resolution, and deadline. 5. Prepare escalation: supervisor, executive support, regulator, card dispute, or small-claims/lawyer question where appropriate. ## Output format Return `Dispute summary`, `Evidence list`, `Message`, `Call script`, and `Escalation options`.
