# Subscription Refund Use this skill when a recurring subscription charged unexpectedly. ## Workflow 1. Identify charge date, renewal notice, account email, cancellation attempt, usage after renewal, policy, and desired refund. 2. Choose argument: accidental renewal, no usage, duplicate billing, service issue, cancellation before renewal, goodwill exception. 3. Draft a short refund request and cancellation confirmation ask. 4. Prepare escalation if support refuses without addressing evidence. ## Output format Return `Refund argument`, `Evidence checklist`, `Email/chat message`, and `Escalation version`.
